By using screenbuzz.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website and services.

2. Our Services

screenbuzz.in provides a Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising platform that enables advertisers to discover premium display screens, schedule campaigns, upload creatives, monitor campaign performance, and access analytics.

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Ensure uploaded advertisements comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Advertising Content

Users shall not upload content that:

  • Is misleading or deceptive.
  • Contains offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.
  • Violates copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
  • Promotes prohibited products or services.
  • Violates advertising standards or government regulations.

SCREENBUZZ reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any advertisement without prior notice.

5. Campaign Activation

Campaigns are activated only after:

Creative approval Successful payment Screen availability confirmation

Activation timelines may vary depending on inventory availability.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on selected screens, campaign duration, and inventory.
  • Payments must be completed before campaign activation unless otherwise agreed.
  • Taxes applicable under Indian law will be charged separately.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, graphics, logos, and platform technology remain the exclusive property of Screenbuzz.

Advertisers retain ownership of their advertisement creatives.

8. Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted services, screen downtime may occur due to maintenance, power failures, internet outages, weather conditions, or third-party factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

SCREENBUZZ shall not be liable for:

Business losses
Loss of profits
Indirect or consequential damages
Technical interruptions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the campaign amount paid by the advertiser.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. Screenbuzz is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, illegal activities, or violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
